Services

Elle Spa provides spa, wellness, and aesthetic services in Vancouver, Canada. Treatment descriptions and prices on this website are subject to change. Final pricing and availability are confirmed at booking.

Bookings & Cancellations

Online forms constitute a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service value.

Health & Safety

You agree to provide accurate health information relevant to treatments. Certain conditions may contraindicate specific modalities. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment for safety reasons.

Website Use

Content on this site is for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements of ellespa.ca are owned by Elle Spa or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elle Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
